“Two mints in one” was a television commercial from back in the 1970’s. The idea was the Cert mint was a taste mint as well as a breath mint. To my eyes, “The Business of Government Radio Hour” is an attempt at making a radio program a podcast. It seems to succeed on the air, but the IBM folks are not familiar with the basic concepts of podcast marketing.
The good news: excellent audio quality, knowledgeable hosts, and great guests. The bad news: the show is not marketed as a podcast, yet it appears on Apple Podcasts and PodcastOne.

This “quality” question seems to pop up regularly on Facebook and LinkedIn podcast groups. Many answers dazzle the reader with knowledge of compression algorithms and favorite microphones. These obsessive discussions sound like purists arguing about vinyl vs. digital.
